Turn your company’s hidden network into leads.

Relationship OS by NetworkSmith

Turn your company’s hidden network into leads.

For B2B companies of 20 to 300 people

We map your company’s collective relationship network, show which markets it already reaches, and keep sending you the list: who to reach out to, when, and how.

A G P YOUR DESIRED CLIENT

Your people’s contacts, all separate.
One collective relationship network. Mapped, and put to work.
Your desired client, one warm introduction away.

What we do

We turn your company’s own relationships into revenue.

We are not selling our own contacts.

1We map it
2We set it up
3We keep watching
the listnames, reasons and templates

What each step involves +
1

Which companies and markets your people’s relationships already reach, including the openings nobody thought of.

2

The practice is set up around the software stack you already use, the team is trained, and much of the admin comes prepared instead of landing on your people.

3

We follow appointments, company changes and funding rounds across your network, and filter them down to what matters to you. At the rhythm we agree on you get the list: who to reach out to, through whom and why now, with a message template for each, and we go through it with you on a call.

Shortened for the page. A real entry carries more: how the connection came about and when they last spoke, several angles you can open with, a ready to send message and introduction template, and the follow up we suggest. We also walk through the list with you. See a full week, the monthly review and the deliverables list.

Not consulting that ends in a slide deck: a working practice that brings revenue.

The problem

The most valuable asset is not on the balance sheet.

Nobody measures it, so nobody manages it.

The full picture +

Nobody can give an exact number for how much revenue comes through personal relationships, because nobody has measured it. There is no inventory, no owner, and no plan for what happens when someone leaves.

BALANCE SHEET

Property and equipmentEUR 820,000
InventoryEUR 410,000
CashEUR 260,000
Total assetsEUR 1,490,000

Personal relationshipsnot on the sheet

50-80% of revenue at a typical SME depends on them

Is this you?

The three situations we are built for.

NEW MARKET YOU
+

Expansion

Warm introductions, not cold outreach.

The shortest way in is a personal introduction: 84% of B2B buyers start with a referral. Your team’s, partners’ and customers’ relationships already reach your target market, and the same map works for a new industry or your own.

THE COMPANY FOUNDER NEW OWNER
+

Succession or exit

The network handed over by design.

In a handover or sale, the contract leaves out what the revenue actually rests on: personal trust. Buyers price that risk in as a discount. We cannot tell you what that is worth at your table. What we can do is document the network, so it is a named asset instead of an open question.

THE COMPANY OLD SALES NEW SALES
+

Sales team change

The relationships stay with the company.

When a salesperson moves on, the relationships they built should stay with the company, and the new hire should not start from zero.

Who this is NOT for +

Too small if your relationships fit in one or two heads. Too big if you already have an entire department for it. Built for companies of 20 to 300 people.

The details +
WHAT YOU SEND

The LinkedIn export of 2 or 3 leaders, one file each, five minutes to download, and a short questionnaire on who you sell to and which market you want into. No system access, no email, no passwords, under NDA.

WHAT COMES BACK

The combined map, the companies in your target market you can already reach and through whom, a half page on what the full network mapping would find in your situation, and a 30 minute call to walk through it.

How it works

Three steps. You decide after each one.

Every engagement starts with the Snapshot, so you see what is there before you commit to anything.

ONGOING

a new list and a review with us, regularly

What each step delivers +
1

One week, no system access. From the LinkedIn exports of 2 or 3 leaders and a short questionnaire you get the merged map of what your combined network reaches, the companies in your target market you can already get to and through whom, and a 30 minute call to walk through it.

2

Remote work on your existing data, plus one short online session with management. You get an inventory of the company’s relationships, the companies and markets they reach, where the openings are, and a prioritized 90 day action plan. In the same engagement we set the practice up around the software stack you already use, train the team online, put an internal owner in place, and hand over a written guide with templates. It ends with the first live signals, not with a slide deck.

3

At the rhythm we agree on you get the list, and a review of what it produced. We keep tuning it as your goals move.

Network mapping and setup are one engagement at one price. Prices are for a scope of up to 10 people; if more people are in scope, you get your own quote during the Snapshot.

The first year is about EUR 47,000, the base annual cost of one mid-level BD hire.

Who does this

The system is new. The method is not.

Twenty years of doing this by hand, and a system that now does the repeatable half.

Péter Kovács, the NetworkSmith

Relationship OS is built and led by Péter Kovács. For twenty years he has been the person others call when they need a connection, not cold outreach, so he built a system that lets companies see their own network. We build the map, set it up in your company, and keep it running.

The same method is already taught inside corporate and acceleration programs.

How we work

Péter leads every engagement. We take a limited number of clients, because this only works at that size.

Trust

Your network is your most guarded asset.

YOUR SYSTEMS

WHAT WE WORK WITH

  • who knows whom across the company
  • who on your team is closest, and when they last spoke
  • what changed around them

WHAT WE NEVER READ

the content of your messages

Nothing of ours installed at your end
You send every message
Always under NDA
Your data deleted on exit
What that means in practice +

We work on your own accounts, in the software you already use. If the training brings in something that helps, a note taker or a scheduling tool, we choose it with you, wire it into what you already have, and set it up ourselves.

Our own engine never moves into your systems. The processing runs on our side, and what comes back to you is the result: the map, the signals, the reports. You choose how the data reaches us, from a monthly report by email to a direct connection, and the contract names exactly what is transferred.

We suggest who to contact, when and with what reason. You send every message, and the relationship stays yours.

Every engagement starts with an NDA, and we name a client only with explicit permission. Your network is never passed on and never used for anything of ours, during the engagement or after it.

You can revoke our access to your data at any time. The monitoring itself runs on a 12 month term, and nothing beyond it ties you in. When it ends, we delete your data from our system and confirm it in writing, and what we delivered stays with you: the map, the reports, the written guide and the trained team.

Fair questions

What everyone asks before saying yes.

We already have a CRM. How is this different? +

A CRM is a database, and usually a static one nobody enjoys updating. Personal CRMs and network search apps help one person; we work at company level.

We build a practice on top of what you already use: much of the admin comes prepared, the team learns a method, and at the rhythm we agree on, a concrete list arrives: who to contact, and why now. A tool shows who you know. We make it produce revenue.

Will the team feel watched? +

We map the company’s network, we do not monitor people. Because we work with aggregated results rather than raw messages, there is nothing to watch anyone through.

The system prepares the admin everyone hates, which is usually the first thing the team likes about it.

What if our people are not big networkers? +

Reach does not come from one large network. It comes from the overlap of several ordinary ones, and from contacts nobody has thought about for years.

Two or three leaders usually reach a few thousand companies between them. The Snapshot shows what is actually there before you commit to anything.

How much of our time does it take? +

Less than you expect. The network mapping runs remotely from your existing data, and management needs one short online session.

During setup the team joins online workshops, and afterwards much of the admin comes prepared, instead of all of it landing on your people.

Only outsource the busywork.”
