MY SECRET STACK is an invite-only gathering where a small group of hand-picked entrepreneurs, investors and corporate executives show the AI tools and agents, digital tools and automations that genuinely changed the way they work. Everyone shares, nobody pitches, and everyone leaves with something they did not know that morning.
The idea
This is not a conference
New tools and solutions appear at an incredible pace, and it keeps accelerating. Busy people cannot possibly try and test them all, and a feature list tells you very little. What tells you something is watching a tool solve a real problem for someone whose work looks like yours. That is why we created My Secret Stack.
No stage. No audience. Just a trusted circle where everyone shares their top use cases. This is where the real stuff gets shared, in a room that earns it.
The format
A trusted circle, capped at 15
- Invite-only and personal, the seat is not transferable
- Up to fifteen hand-picked entrepreneurs, investors and corporate brains at your level
- Everyone presents a real use case in 10 minutes
- A curated list of everything shared goes out to participants afterwards
Fifteen is the largest number of people who can still sit in one circle and say something honest. Above that it turns into an audience, and an audience gets a performance rather than a real answer.

The session
How a session runs

Arrive and settle
We open with food and drinks and a short round of introductions, so everyone knows who is in the room before the first share.

Everyone takes the floor
One by one, each participant walks through one or two tools or workflows in 10 minutes. How you found it, why you kept it, and what measurably changed.

Dig in, then take it home
Questions, comparisons and the honest parts. Afterwards everyone receives a curated list of the top tools and stories, so nothing is lost.

What is expected in the room
To protect the quality of the experience, these are expected from everyone who takes a seat.
This is not a spectator event
Everyone presents a real use case in 10 minutes, something that has made a real difference in their work.
Everyone contributes
Share what you actually use, not your company’s stack and not general recommendations. We are here for authentic, experience-based insights.
Personal and practical
The value lies in understanding how you use it, why it matters, and what changed because of it.
No pitching
It is fine if you helped build a tool, just do not pitch it. This space is for learning, not selling.
Respect the circle
What is shared stays confidential, and everyone is free to build on the ideas and tools exchanged.
Your contribution continues
A curated list of the top tools and stories is put together after the event. It is how the value extends beyond the room.
So far
Three sessions, one room at a time
Every edition ends the same way, with people writing down something they had never heard of, from someone they now know a little better. Several business relationships have started in that room too, which is what happens when the people around the table are worth knowing.
