This is a sample. The company, the people and every number on this page are made up, so you can see what a Relationship OS Snapshot looks like. Your own Snapshot is built from your team’s LinkedIn exports and your answers to seven questions. Summary In shortBetween the three of you, the network reaches 612 new companies in your nine target markets that fit your size band and segments, and 238 of them through a decision-maker. Hungary (301), Poland (92) and Romania (54) carry almost three quarters of it, and each of these markets runs through a different person. IT services and software are 59 percent of the matches, while healthcare, which you named, has none. The surprise is next door: you reach 262 companies in your segments in Germany, more than in any target market except Hungary. 541 of the 612 companies depend on one of you alone. A full mapping would show how strong those single routes are, and fill in the 1,640 contacts we could not enrich. Below you find the full list of companies where you know a decision-maker, with tips for getting back in touch, four things we would act on and a plan for the first 30 days. The market statistics come after that. 1 · In-target companies What we foundFrom 8,420 people across the three exports, after removing duplicates, down to the companies that matter for you. 630 18 612 238 612 new companies in your target markets that one of you can already reach today. Who brings the reach
Who can reach the 612 companies 541 companies: one of you only71
Only 71 companies are known by more than one of you. For the other 541, if that one person is not available, the route is gone. Each bar is measured against all 612 companies. They add up to more than 612 because the 71 shared companies count for each person who knows them. 2 · Target companies Where one of you knows a decision-makerEvery company in your target where at least one of you is connected to a decision-maker. Companies that more of you know come first, because a second route makes the first conversation much easier. Open a company to see each decision-maker and who knows them. Before you write Tip: look up the connection date in your calendar. Where you were that week usually tells you how you met. Tip: a week before you write, like one of their posts and add a useful comment. Your name will feel familiar when your message arrives. Tip: the easiest way to earn a meeting is to introduce one of your long-time connections to them first. Tip: if a colleague knows the person and you do not, ask for the intro with a specific person in mind, one line of context and the why. Make it effortless to forward. When you talk, and after Tip: in the conversation, ask instead of talking about yourself. Your questions make them feel important, and your goal is to find out what they need and how you could help. Talk about yourself only if they ask, usually at the end. If they don’t ask, that is fine: this conversation is for learning about them. Tip: in your follow-up, use what you learned to help them, with an introduction or anything else they need. That is what turns a catch-up into a relationship. 3 · Our reading Four things we would act onWhat the numbers above mean for how you sell. Each one is something you can start this month without any new tool. Key person risk One export carries most of the reachDóra’s connections reach 402 of the 612 companies, 66 percent. 541 of the 612 can be reached through one of you only. If that person is busy, changes role or leaves, those routes go with them. What we would do: treat the most important accounts as company relationships. For the companies on your list, bring a second colleague into the first conversation. Tip: use each other as a map. Share the list of companies you are looking for inside your team: together you reach far more than any one of you does alone. Market owners Each big market runs through a different personDóra holds 76 percent of your Hungarian contacts, Tamás 74 percent of the Polish ones and Eszter 74 percent of the Romanian ones. In the other six markets Dóra leads. What we would do: give each market a named owner who matches the network, not the org chart. Poland goes to Tamás and Romania to Eszter, even if they sit in other teams today. Your target definition Your size floor matters, your ceiling does notRaising the limit from 500 to 1,000 employees adds only 56 companies. Lowering the floor from 11 to 1 adds 508, almost doubling the list. IT services and software are 59 percent of the matches, healthcare none. What we would do: decide whether companies under 11 people can buy from you. If yes, your reachable list is 1,120, with 431 decision-makers. Take healthcare out of the plan or treat it as a separate project. Openings you did not ask about Germany and higher education262 companies in your segments in Germany, and 31 right-sized higher education institutions in your markets. Both are bigger than several markets and segments you named. What we would do: do not change the plan yet. Test each with five conversations in the next month and decide on what you hear. 4 · Suggested plan Your first 30 daysA starting point built from this Snapshot. We adjust it with you in the readout call. Week 1
Correct the inputs and pick your accountsDecide on the size floor and on healthcare. Go through the company list together and pick the accounts you want to open first. Week 2
Start with the shared accounts71 companies are known by two or three of you. For each one you picked, agree who leads and bring the second person into the first conversation. Week 2 and 3
Catch up, do not askWhere the connection is old, send a simple catch-up message with no request in it. Your own topic will come up naturally once you talk. Week 3
Open the single-route accountsFor the companies only one of you knows, that person writes first. Check whether a colleague knows someone else at the company who could join later. Week 4
Test the surprises, then reviewFive conversations in Germany, five in higher education. Then look at what came back and decide where to go deeper. Tip: suggest meetings for the next few months, not the next few days. People say yes more easily when the calendar is open. 5 · Network reach How far your network reachesYour nine target markets Hover or tap a country for details. The table below has the same numbers. Who reaches each market Hungary runs through Dóra, Poland through Tamás, Romania through Eszter. The number on each country is the share of its contacts held by that person. The 612 matching companies by segment Unexpected reach Germany262 companies in your segments, against a median of 96 in your target markets. Only Hungary is bigger. Unexpected segment Higher education31 right-sized institutions in your markets, in a sector you did not list. That is more than insurance (14) or telecommunications (22), which you did name. Thin segment HealthcareYou named it, but none of the 612 companies is in it. Your network simply does not reach hospitals or clinics yet. Blind market NoneEvery target market has at least some reach. The thinnest are Bulgaria (12) and Serbia (16). Strongest countries outside your target markets
Your brief What we measured againstBefore looking at a single contact, we asked you seven questions about what you sell, where and to whom. Your answers are the yardstick for this page: every number on this page counts only the companies that fit them. If something here is off, tell us before the readout call and we will rerun the numbers.
6 What we could not see1,640 contacts could not be enriched with a current employer or company data, so they are in none of the counts above. Some of them may be your best routes. 470 contacts have no known country, so they are missing from the market numbers. A Snapshot sees LinkedIn connections only. Relationships that live in email, calendar, CRM or messaging apps are not visible, and neither is how strong a connection is. It is a map of reach, not a sign that anyone is buying. 7 · What the next step adds, in your numbers A full mapping turns this into a measured map of the whole company. The unresolved contacts resolved from email and calendar, the rest of the team’s reach, and how recent and how deep each relationship is. We will not guess a number before seeing the data. Tip: keep a VIP list and set reminders for check-ins. Nurturing a relationship is far easier than creating a new one, and after the mapping, Signals keeps watch on these relationships for you. Target companies only one of you can reach541 of 612
