In the startup world, an exit is usually presented as the goal. The happy ending. The thing everything is building toward. But when you talk to founders who’ve actually been there, a very different picture often emerges.

Identity changes. Motivation shifts. Some founders feel relief. Some feel lost. Some jump straight into the next thing. Others slow down, burn out, or need time to figure out who they are without the company they built.

That’s why we’re bringing together four post-exit founders in Budapest from Hungary and Austria for an honest, human conversation, without hype, without polished success narratives.
